1. Who we are
fusionbizz.us is the U.S. website of FusionBizz, a company of Fusiona Negocios LLC, founded and led by Malvina Núñez. We are a marketing agency and consultancy. In addition to our agency and consulting services, we also use this site to present FusionBizz Pulse, our marketing management software for small and mid-sized businesses.
If you visit this site, leave your details in the contact form, or message us through iMessage or WhatsApp, this document explains the conditions under which you do so and what we do with that information.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing fusionbizz.us, completing the contact form, or messaging us through iMessage or WhatsApp from a link on the site, you accept what we describe here. If you disagree with any point, the simplest option is not to leave us your details and to contact us directly through another channel to resolve your specific question.
3. What data we collect
We collect data on the site in the following ways:

4. How we use your data
We use what you leave in the form or send us by message to:
- Contact you and answer your inquiry about our agency services, consulting, or FusionBizz Pulse.
- Schedule a meeting or call with you, including booking it directly on our calendar.
- Prepare a proposal or quote tailored to your company and role.
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those just described.
5. Who we share it with
Your data passes through the tools we use to run the business, not through third parties outside that operation:
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Apple Messages, when you message us through those channels — subject to each platform's own terms for that conversation.
- Our scheduling platform, to coordinate the date and time of a meeting.
- Google Analytics, for site browsing statistics (see section 6).
Beyond that, your data stays with us.
6. Cookies and Google Analytics
The site may use Google Analytics to understand how it is browsed — which pages are visited, where people come from, how long they stay. This works with cookies and aggregated data; we do not use it to identify you personally.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) if you prefer to browse without that tracking. The site works the same without those cookies.
7. How we protect your data
We store your data in tools with access restricted to our business, and we dispose of it when it no longer has a clear business purpose (for example, if an inquiry was closed long ago with no follow-up).
No system is one hundred percent infallible, but we take reasonable measures so that your information is not exposed.
8. Your rights over your data
Under applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, you may at any time:
- Ask us what data we have stored about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data from our records.
- Object to us continuing to use your data to contact you.

9. Use of the site and intellectual property
The content of fusionbizz.us — text, brand, design, downloadable material — is the property of Fusiona Negocios LLC or of third parties who have authorized its use. You may view it and share it as-is, but you may not reproduce it as your own or use it to build a competing service.
10. Relationship with FusionBizz Pulse
This site presents FusionBizz Pulse, but the software itself (app.fusionbizz.com) has its own account, its own login, and its own terms and privacy policy, separate from those of this site.
If you sign up for FusionBizz Pulse, those terms are the ones that apply to your use of the software — this document only covers your visit to fusionbizz.us.
11. Limitation of liability
The content of the site is informational. We do not guarantee specific marketing results simply from browsing here or filling out the form — each business proposal we make after talking with you is what actually defines scope and expected results.
12. Changes to this document
If we update this document, we will change the date shown above. We recommend reviewing it from time to time if you share your details with us frequently.
13. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any dispute related to the site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Texas.
